About

If you ever get an email from me you will notice at the bottom a famous quote from a fabulous photographer Annie Leibovitz which states

"A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people."

This quote has a special place in my heart because it says who I am.  A person who loves to photograph people from infants to grandpa's, families to friends and children to teenagers.  To be a friend to these people and to enjoy their story.
Everyone has a story about their life.  A new baby, a survivor of an illness, to a couple showing their love for one another.  These stories are the backbone to great images because they show emotion and love.

My history in photography started when I was 12 years old and my father, an artist himself, would photograph our vacation trips.  He had a Kodak Instamatic 500 camera which he bought in Germany that produced square photographs.  After my father suddenly passed away my mother gave me the camera and said "I don't know anything about this camera but maybe you can figure it out."
I still have this camera and wished the film was still available since I love square images.
After completing several classes at Columbus State Community College and through the Professional Photographers of America I found my niche and have followed that path for 24 years.
Some of my clients include
